Vaccines for 18 years old and younger who meet criteria for VFC are $13 each

VACCINE RECORD IS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE VACCINES.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VERIFIABLE RECORD, YOUR CHILD WILL BE REQUIRED TO RECEIVE ALL RECOMMENDED CATCH UP VACCINES FOR THEIR AGE.
